Effective Teaching Solutions began as one teacher's dream to share knowledge and expertise with other teachers online. Over time the website has grown to  become a team effort. The site is still owned and maintained by a fulltime teacher, so at times we dream bigger than time allows. We are slowly adding more content and exciting features to make this site a fantastic resource for teachers.

Our Vision

Effective Teaching Solutions believes in the extraordinary power of the classroom teacher. We are educational advocates for the teaching profession. We believe teaching should be a joyous occupation, and it is our mission to help teachers find the joy in a profession that is often misunderstood. Effective Teaching Solutions is working to add value to the work of education professionals, and the lives of the children we teach.
