Effective Teaching Solutions is launching our first Poetry Cafe Student Showcase. Students in Grades K-12 may submit their original poetry for inclusion in our showcase. Selected poems will be posted along with the student's first name, grade, school, and teacher's name. Teachers should ensure students have permission from their parents to submit poetry to Effective Teaching Solutions. Students should not submit poetry without the express consent of their parents. Effective Teaching Solutions retains the right to publish any poem submitted online or in printed form. Authors do not receive financial compensation. You must provide all requested information and an email address in order for your poem to be considered. We will notify you if your poem has been selected for inclusion. First publication of our Poetry Cafe Student Showcase is scheduled for August 2008.
